Once you create a Survey, Whatfix enables you to share the Survey with your users.

- Sharing a Survey feature is part of the Premium plan. To enable this feature, contact support@whatfix.com.
- You can only share Surveys that are in the Production stage.
Use the following the ways to share a Survey:
Copy the Survey link or embed code
Copy the link or the embed code of the Survey, which can then be used to collect feedback from your users.
Use the following steps to copy the Survey link or the embed code:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Surveys.

Click the Production tab.

Hover your cursor over the required Survey, and then click the Share icon.

The Share icon only appears for Surveys in the Production stage.

Choose the Copy option.

Click Next.

Depending on your use case, copy the Survey link or the embed code.

Click Okay.
Share a Survey link directly to a user
Share a Survey link as an email directly to your end users.
Use the following steps to share a Survey link to your users via email:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Surveys.
-
Click the Production tab.
-
Hover your cursor over the required Survey, and then click the Share icon.

Click Share.

Click Next.

Enter the recipients' email addresses and description.

Click Share Survey.

An email with subject the line - Survey Mail, is sent to the recipient's mail address.
