The need to update the Preview extension varies based on how the extension is installed. If you have installed the extension using ZIP due to any CSP constraints, you need to re-generate the extension every time there is an AC code change. If you've installed the extension using CRX or PowerShell, reach out to support@whatfix.com to enable auto-update.

How long does Whatfix take to update the Preview extension?

If auto-update is enabled your account, then it takes around 10-30 minutes to update the Preview extension once there is any content or AC change in your account.
