Translate Whatfix Content from the dashboard

The new translation experience is a Beta feature. To enable this experience, contact support@whatfix.com.
Whatfix enables you to translate Whatfix content into multiple languages. Show content to your end users based on their language. Translate specific content directly from the Content section of the Whatfix Guidance dashboard.
- Translate content in Draft and Ready stages.
- Only an Account Manager or Content Manager can translate content from the Content section of the dashboard.
- If you are a Translator, translate content from the Translations section.
Use the following steps to translate Whatfix content from the Guidance dashboard:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click All content.

Hover your cursor over the content that you want to translate, and then click the More icon.

Click Translate.

In the Translate in dropdown, select the language you want to translate your content to.
You must add a language before you can translate content. For more information, see Add a language.
- Click Translate on Whatfix, and then click Proceed.
The content opens in the Translations section.
- Click Translate all.
To translate specific labels, select the fields you want to translate, and then click Translate selected.
If you are manually translating content, enter the translated text under Input translations and then click Save.

In the confirmation pop-up, click Translate.

Verify the translated content.

Click Save.
For the content to display the latest translation changes on your end user's application, you must perform a Push to Production.
