Can I use Product Analytics without DAP?

Yes, Product Analytics can be used without the Whatfix DAP platform. Product Analytics provides insights into end-user behavior on the product or application without the need to create Whatfix DAP content such as Flows, Beacons, and more.

How can I get started with Product Analytics?

• Ensure that Whatfix is deployed on your application. It can be done using the JavaScript embed or the browser extension delivery modes.

• Before getting started with Product Analytics, ensure that you enable Smart Context and other related configurations on your account. For more information, contact support@whatfix.com.

• Enable User identification.

• Get access to the Whatfix Analytics dashboard.

  • The Whatfix dashboard consists of the Whatfix Guidance and Whatfix Analytics dashboards.

  • By default, you can access the Whatfix Guidance dashboard even if you don’t want to use the Whatfix DAP product.
