Customize the "No Results Found" Text in Self Help

Use the following steps to customize the default "Sorry, no results found" text to something that you feel is more appropriate:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

  2. Under No Search Results, modify the text to be displayed to end users.
