Whatfix enables you to request for Flow Feedback using Star rating when you want to analyze how helpful the Flow was for your end users. You might want to disable the Star rating and go back to the default Flow Feedback.
Use the following steps to disable the Star rating option on the Whatfix Dashboard:

To remove the Star rating feature from your Whatfix account, contact support@whatfix.com.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

Click Flows.

Click the End Message tab, and then disable the Star rating toggle.

Click Save.

If you click Discard changes, all the modifications you've made to the content will be lost, and the page will revert to its previous saved state.

- Configuring Star rating from the Style tab is global and applies to all the Flows.
