Smart Tips Analytics enables you to understand how your end users are interacting with the Smart Tips on your application.
Use the following steps to access Smart Tips Analytics:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.

Click Smart-tips.

- Choose to view the analytics data across different CLM stages.
- By default, only data from the Production stage is shown. If you want to get data from other stages, you need to configure them on your Whatfix Dashboard. For more information, see Get Analytics Data across CLM Stages.

- For any of the following reports, you can use the filter to narrow down your reporting to specific criteria. By default, the filter is set to display data for the last 3 months.
- To see how you can filter your reports by domain, see Analytics Filters - Domain Filter.
Smart Tips Played by Day
The chart displays details of how many times end users viewed and engaged with Smart Tips.
Hover your cursor over each peak to view the maximum number of times that the tip was played for that day.
Most Popular Smart Tips
The table displays the top few Smart Tips by title and the total number of views and clicks that they have received.
Effectiveness of Smart Tips
You can view information for each Smart Tip collection by clicking the dropdown menu and selecting the desired Tip collection. Effectiveness measures how many users have clicked and viewed a Smart Tip.
