Unable to see the Embed option for Whatfix content

Issue

You are trying to embed Whatfix content like Flows and Launchers, but the Embed option is not visible on the Dashboard.

Cause

The Embed option is not visible for Whatfix content like Flows and Launchers if they are still in the Draft or Ready stages. You can embed Flows and Launchers as multiformat outputs only if they are in the Production stage.

Solution

Use the following steps to embed Flows and Launchers once they are in production:

  1. On the Whatfix dashboard, Go to the Production tab.
    CLM_DB_Production_Stage1

  2. Open the Flow or Launcher you want to embed, and then click the Embed dropdown menu.
    clm_db_edit_embed

  3. Select the option you want.
    clm_db_edit_click_embed
