DAP on OS with enhanced Guidance Analytics is available to all users
What is new?
DAP on OS, formerly known as Hub, with enhanced Guidance Analytics is now available for all.
Why does it matter to me?
DAP on OS is a system-level application that enables you to access content across different applications within an organization in one place from your desktop or system.
DAP on OS application without any analytics information can limit the efficiency of the application. With enhanced Guidance analytics, get insights on Search usage, Feedback response, Pop-up engagement, and a comprehensive overview of your end users’ interactions with the Hub app.
For more information, see DAP on OS.
How do I do this?

Notifications within Hub
What is new?
Whatfix introduces new enhancements to the Pop-up management system on DAP on OS (formerly known as Hub) for effective communication and convenience.
Why does it matter to me?
As a content author, you can now customize Pop-up delivery and ensure critical messages are communicated effectively without being missed. For more information, see Delivery Mode.
As an end user, you can now access all past and new Pop-ups from the Hub widget and snooze them whenever necessary. For more information, see Notifications.

This capability is available to everyone without any extra configuration. For more information, see
Integrate with Custom Translation Tools
What is new?
Integrate your third party or custom translation tool with the Whatfix translation module with for translating Whatfix content and widgets.
Why does it matter to me?
Translating content often requires manually downloading, translating through a third party tool, and re-uploading of content back to Whatfix. The current process is tedious. By integrating a custom translation tool with Whatfix, you can configure specific terminology to suit your translation guidelines.
How do I do this?
Only Account Managers can set up this integration. To integrate the custom translation tool, you must specify certain API details from your translation tool. Once the integration is set up, you can map new languages and directly translate content from the Translations page. Whatfix then sends content to the custom tool and returns the translated content.
For more information, see Custom Translation Tool.
Recapture Mirror Screens
What is new?
Whatfix enables you to recapture a screen on your application while retaining the link between the previous and next screen. Mirror automatically detects the presence of the element and links the previous and next screen.
How do I do this?
This capability is available for Whatfix Mirror customers. Whatfix Mirror is a Beta product. For more information, see Recapture a Mirror Screen.
Use the Icon Library to upload and manage custom icons
What is new?
Whatfix enables you to upload and manage your own custom icons for Smart Tips, Beacons, and Launchers.
Why does it matter to me?
Uploading and managing your own custom icons enables you to personalize the look of your widgets, such as Smart Tips, Beacons, and Launchers. You can customize icon size, color, and styling to ensure brand consistency and create meaningful visual cues that resonate with your users. This helps you match the design of your application and make the user experience more consistent.
How do I do this?
This capability is available to everyone without any extra configuration. For more information, see Use custom icons in Whatfix Contents and Widgets.
Customize Surveys using CSS
What is new?
Whatfix enables you to access the CSS code for Surveys and make detailed visual tweaks that are not possible using the UI.
Why does it matter to me?
Customizing the CSS enables you to match your Surveys with your brand’s colors, fonts, and overall style. With CSS customization, you gain more control over how your Surveys look compared to the limited options in the UI.
How do I do this?
This capability is available to everyone without any extra configuration. For more information, see Survey Customization using CSS.
Chat support moves to a new location on the Whatfix dashboard
What is new?
Chat support is now moved to the Primary Navigation Bar on the Whatfix Guidance and Analytics dashboards.
Why does it matter to me?
In certain scenarios, the Chat icon on the dashboard was blocking actions. Moving the chat option ensures that the chat icon does not overlap and other actions can be easily accessed.
How do I do this?
This capability is available to everyone without any extra configuration. For more information, see Contact Support.
